Ivy is always prompt and thorough. She is friendly and massage technique is great. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Facial with Heather was also excellent.

I had not indulged in a self-care routine until I started going to Hand and Stone for monthly facials. My esthetician, Heather, is GREAT! She is so pleasant and makes my experience exceptional.
