I had to wait awhile to get helped. I wished I would have just gotten quickly checked in but receptionists were all busy. Other than that Will is an amazing therapist. Very professional, listens and massages feet (that’s a plus). Thank you Will for what you do with kindness and in a professional manner. Esthetician I think her name was Caitlyn was friendly also listens to needs. She did an amazing job!

Everyone is always very friendly at reception and Lena is the best and most knowledgable estethician I've ever had. She made my skin glow!

The location is fairly convenient. I arrived a bit early, but didn’t have to wait long. Nicole is attentive to any areas I identify as problems.

I enjoy Heather. Heather is very knowledgeable. Heather recommends extra services she thinks I would enjoy.

I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I am a consistent customer and want Heather for facials and Martin for reflexology. Sometimes the schedule doe not all back to back appointments unfortunatly.

Heather is awesome. She always makes me feel comfortable. She is friendly and fun i I feel like talking and quiet if I don't. She does a great job and I LOVE her neck massage. I'm not sure I would enjoy my membership as much if it wasn't for Heather. The front desk staff are very friendly also.

The receptionist are always pleasant and give great customer service. The lobby area is always clean and relaxing while waiting for the massage therapist. The massage therapist (Malik) is always professional and and provides a great service.
