Heather is THE BEST! Very friendly (she is also good at gauging if I feel like talking or not) I like the options she gives me for upgrades and she makes me feel very comfortable if I choose to upgrade or not. (I always have). The facial is glorious and the upper body massage is like heaven on earth! Truly a wonderful and relaxing experience. I love how easy it is to book appointments using the app. Typically the reception staff are super helpful and friendly. (Especially one sweet girl but I unfortunately don't remember her name. She ended up checking me out on my last visit).

Ivy was phenomenal...Outstanding! She is definitely an asset to Hand and Stone. There was a problem with the headrest (broken), but after about a half hour into the massage, she was able to replace it. I have disc issues in my neck so it was very uncomfortable. She tried at the beginning of the massage but all of the rooms were being utilized. She attempted and succeeded eventually. KUDOS IVY!

First and foremost my massage therapist was awesome. Her knowledge and expertise was superior to any other experience I ever had. Not only was she effective with massage she anticipated every feeling I had for comfort. She went a over and beyond taking my problem areas in and still leaving time for rest of my body.
