My esthetician takes my skin concerns seriously, recommends products outside of her services that have helped my skin, and she always does her best to make sure I'm comfortable during my appointment, whether it be the music volume, or the steam used during my facial, or checking the sensitivity of my skin to the products she is using. I always feel relaxed during my appointments
