Hand and Stone

We've been very pleased with the Therapists at our Hand & Stone. Unfortunately, as soon as we get someone we really really like they tend to leave. Might sometime of retention bonus or perk help?

There always wonderful. I have problem areas and Laurie was wonderful. I was on a cancellation list and they called me.

The service I received was excellent. And I always leave there feeling very relaxed. I have always enjoyed my membership and I would highly recommend this facility

The staff was very amicable. I went in for a facial and she was extremely informative. I would love to have her permanently for the facial services. The concierge was very efficient and kept the lobby area well sanitized. I am happy I decided to return as a member. The only issue is I wish we had more of a reward system. It would entice other members to bring more customers to this company.

The girls I deal with in all areas are so pleasant and friendly. Never once have I felt uncomfortable. The facility is very clean and the aroma is wonderful. I very muck enjoy my facials and massages.

I was highly satisfied based on all that the reasons I answered in the survey. Getting an appointment was a challenge however once I did everything went well.

Fallon is always very pleasant and eager to make you feel comfortable and that she really cares about her clients.

The staff was helpful , knowledgeable and friendly .

I am always real relaxed after getting my message. My therapist is very knowledgeable, and does an excellent job communicating with me to understand my needs.
