Hand and Stone

I love Hand and Stone because they have so many enhancement options to personalize the experience. The therapists are so nice and friendly. They are so professional and knowledgeable. Very relaxing environment. However, I am disappointed that they raised there prices.

The theapist was very good and personable also. The lotion she used was very good also. I will return in the near future

The front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable whether I schedule online or in person checking out or checking in. They are also very knowledgeable when I schedule over the phone. My therapist Liz is the best therapist I have ever had and is very knowledgeable and friendly! She should be given a raise!

I always love coming to Hand & Stone, but since I have met Lena I absolutely adore coming to get a facial. She is super attentive to my skin's particular needs, always has great recommendations, and makes me feel so relaxed. She also remembered details about my skin from last time, even though it had been multiple months. Her product and service recs are always super helpful (but never pushy!). I've gotten facials for years but never loved an esthetician so much! She is incredible!

My massage therapist was wonderful and the massage was just what I needed to relax.

My therapist noticed we still had time left and asked where else he could focus. My therapist had a glass of water waiting for me when I exited the massage room. Loved that.

Heather was very kind and professional during the entire appointment. She addressed all of my skin concerns during the evaluation and recommended products that would help my skin. All of the products that she has recommended have made my skin look and feel better.
