Hailey, my aesthetician was awesome! Very friendly and personable. Her knowledge of my skin type and what products would be best suited for my skin. Highly recommend her.

Robbie is great. Also, I left my necklace in the massage room and I was the last appointment of the day. I was concerned that I might not get it back. But when I went in first thing the next morning it was in safe keeping, in an envelope, labeled with my name. Very grateful for the care and honesty of the staff.

Had a couples massage with my daughter for her 21st birthday (it was her first massage and she didnt know what to expect). Breeze and Paris were great. Focused on both of our areas of stress to help with relaxation. The hot stones were amazing! My daughter loved her first massage, especially the hot stones!

My therapist is professional and knowledgeable about my specific needs. The experience was worth the time and effort to arrange my schedule for the experience.

I signed up for membership at the Glen Allen location. They never have appts avail and always a remote operator answers. Very frustrating. It was nice to be able to call carytown location and get someone actually in the store and book appointments.

The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Matt, always does a great job and releases my tension. I’ve recommended my whole family and we all go here now.
