Anthony was a great Therapist. Amazing technique. Thorough. He listens and takes appropriate actions to help with my back pain. Made me feel at ease. True professional. Expert in his field.

My aesthetician was highly knowledgeable. Also my aesthetician listened to me about the condition of my skin. My aesthetician did a great job and recommending the service that would enhance my skin.

Everyone was so warm and friendly as soon as I walked in. My esthetician took the time to hear my concerns and gave me options, without making me feel pressured, about how to address these concerns. The receptionists were also very knowledgeable about what services I could sign up for/get for my partner as a holiday present.

Anthony was able to give me the best massage for my Plantar Fasciitis issue, bringing my pain level to a minimum since the day of the massage.

I was able to get the appointment I needed. Matt is highly professional and worked on the areas of my neck and shoulder that needed it most.

Taylor is not only pleasant and easy going but a skilled massage therapist.

Even though there is a H&S closer to my home, I prefer this location in Carytown. Lauren was most helpful. I did have a slight case of vertigo upon getting up. Which lead to nausea. Lauren was terrific. I believe the next time I visit. I will ask for my head to be up higher. I wish a dentist type chair was available. I do realize the rooms are used for massages. King at the front desk was lovely. He welcomed me, got me water. I was early, and I was the only one in the waiting awhile. Quick and efficient check out. I really like the entire experience. I'm so sorry that I had vertigo. It runs I'm my family, on occasion. My apologies to Lauren.

My facial specialist Hailie was great at knowing my needs. She was very informative throughout my facial with what products were being used and how they help my face. Definitely will return to work with Hailie in the future!
