Hand and Stone

I was very happy with Adam’s massage. He was also very kind and listened to my needs. The app needs attention and when someone is sent home sick causing a cancellation (as in my case the previous day) it would be nice to be informed by text, email, and phone. I did not receive my voicemail until after driving 30 minutes for nothing. Anyway. I’ll be sticking with Adam whenever possible, he had good firm pressure and seemed much more experienced than someone who just finished their program within the past year.

I had just finished 3 hours of yard work and was badly in need of a massage. The only appointment available was in 25 minutes and I had to really rush to make it. The massage itself was quite relaxing and restorative.

Really enjoyed my facial. My skin felt soft and refreshed after the treatment! I added on the peppermint scalp massage, & it was very relaxing!

Heidi always provides exceptional service at every appointment! I deal with some chronic neck and shoulder issues from stress and work, and Heidi is the best at working on to work these problem areas. She also is great about providing me tips and suggestions of what I can do at home to continue getting relief.

The receptionists are very welcoming. I always look forward to getting my massage from Jacqueline. I have a 45 minute drive from my home, but my experience has been worth the drive.

Wes my message therapist is awesome. I look forward to my visits. I have had a membership for a number of years and it's always hard to find someone who remembers how you like your massage and is intuitive when it comes to sessions.

The Cary Town location is a very well functioning spa with helpful staff and talented massage therapists.

My Hand and Stone visit was a very positive experience. My therapist did a great job of focusing on my needs, especially the trouble areas. She was very professional and showed much knowledge in her field. The facility is very well attended and makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. I look forward to returning on my next visit to RVA. Until then, keep up the the great work Hand and Stone!

Hand and Stone has always been very helpful in terms of scheduling appointments. If there's ever a conflict they notify me and make sure they get in touch with me both over phone and by text.

Logan was great- whole experience was wonderful. Check-in staff is friendly and competent. I wish I had time to come more often!
