Everyone I have encountered at Hand and Stone has been friendly and knowledgeable. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I will come out feeling relaxed and better than ever!

Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. The ambience was great, calming and super clean. My skins felt great when leaving and I wasn't pressured into buying anything.

I booked 3 different massages that week and brought a guest to Carytown and Midlothian. We both loved Ashley and Catina in Carytown and my guest loved Kenny in Midlothian. We were both very pleased.

I had a new massage therapist, Adam, and he was fantastic. I had a specific injury that needed attention and he did a great job. He was friendly and very attuned to what worked for my body. I'll definitely be requesting him in the future. Best massage I've had at Hand & Stone.

I still feel the membership is a bit pricier than I was hoping, especially including tip it can get quite expensive fo one massage. However, the therapists and receptionists are very nice and knowledgeable.

I've been to many different spas and gotten lots of massages that claim to be deep tissue, but this was probably one of the better experiences

Your online booking system is frustrating and not intuitive. I would book online all the time if it wasn't so difficult to use.
