I believe the services are always exceptional.

The reception staff and facility is always perfect- professional, friendly, easy to deal with and helpful. I went to the same therapist every time, if I could, and he no longer works there (Michael). Twice when I received massages from other therapists the time was cut short by 5-8 minutes, and the massage was not as perfect. Overall, I love Hand and Stone and would recommend it. But the departure of Michael at the same time as some personal financial strains made me decide to terminate the membership.

I called and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. The staff at the reception desk ere very welcoming and friendly. My massage therapist (Jaqueline) was wonderful and really tailored the massage to address my "problem areas." Wonderful experience!

The receptionists and therapists were very warm and accommodating. My therapist was interested in my well-being and what she could do to improve it. She was also sensitive to how talkative or not I was and responded accordingly.

Chelsea is the best. Learns what you want and executes it perfectly. Never a disappointment. Focuses where you need it, stays on schedule, is friendly and kind.

Adam was very friendly and good at what he does. He is perceptive when my body is not responding to the massage as well as it could be. He always ask how it's going, which I appreciate, because the pain does vary from time to time.

I have been very happy with Hand & Stone. I go monthly for facials and look forward to the experience each time. It's a special treat that I feel I deserve. This time, I went for a massage as a result of specific back pain - I just needed some immediate relief. I wish that I had the time to go for massages as regularly as I do facials!
