Receptionists are very helpful in booking related to monthly packages and applying points. Very flexible and good hours for later evening appts. Wish they had a few more "fun" selections/seasonal types of herbal or essential oil enhancements (orange, peppermint, or types of masks that you can browse ahead of time) in the descriptions, but everything so far has been great!

Really easy to communicate with the staff at this location. They are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This is a great deal!

I was so satisfied with my whole experience including my time with my enthesitis, Celeste!!!! I paid way too much that day but I cannot tell you how much better my skin is and I have joined and already made my next appointment!

This is best massage I've received, I loved the massage therapist I had. I will most likely come back to this location just to have her again. She was very good about spending time in problem areas and making sure I had a great massage.

The staff is rear. When I have missed a month or two the call or email and offer to sched appts. Everyone is very professional and Ashley in carytown is great

I didn't like not having a human voice when I called for an appointment. I realize you are busy but I don't like hearing music and then being asked to email you or leave a message for call back.

She was very professional and easy to talk with. My face feels great and noticeable improvements to others!!

Molly is a wonderful therapist. She focuses on areas that I indicate need special attention. The amount of pressure is perfect, and she checks with me throughout the service to ensure I am comfortable.

I just love Heidi! She is amazing and is so pleasant. I have had other therapist at H&S that did not work on my needed areas like Heidi does. She really seems to get my knots and tightness out. Love the foot treatment as well as the hot stones. Heidi is very hard to get an appointment with because she is the BEST! I have to book months in advance in order to get an appointment.
