Staff was very friendly and tentative when arrived. Explained the massage process thoroughly. Massage therapist was very knowledgeable about what to expect after massage care.

Jackie is educated, talented and professional. She is responsive to my post surgery issues and has improved my recovery. She is a highly skilled massage therapist!

The therapist listened as I described in detail the difficulties I am having and then worked to specifically target those areas to provide relief. I left feeling relaxed with much less muscle tightness. I will definitely be returning soon!

Did a great job loosening my arms and neck, which is what I asked him to work on.

I have always enjoyed this particular location, friendly staff, clean store, and the staff seems to float like on little winged shoes. I have never seen an employee seem like they were flustered or being rushed, its amazing.

I had my initial appointment with Maggie (I think that's her name). She wasn't available at times that were convenient for m to follow up. So, I scheduled with Jackie who was WONDERFUL. She has a great personality and seems very knowledgeable. She 'warned' me that some of what she intended to do, based on my symptoms, would be 'intense' and that I should let her know if anything seemed to be too much. At the end of the session, she stayed in the room to talk with me and offer some exercises that I should do in the interim between this and my next visit in two weeks. I look forward to continuing to working with her.

I hope I can express just how much I LOVE this Hand and Stone! First, my massage therapist (Jackie) and my facialist (Lynette) are just two of the most knowledgeable and professional people who make me feel fantastic! I have walked in to H&S feeling sore, and grumpy, and tired and walk out feeling like a different person. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, the front desk staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful; and even the music is worth noting for its tranquility.

Ashley has never disappointed. She's very intuitive to my particular needs. She has a beautiful energy and demeanor.
