I have never had a massage before and was a little nervous about the first visit. Everyone was very nice and the massage therapist, Chelsea, made the experience great and it was above and beyond the expectations I had before coming in. I will be back!

The girls at the front are always nice and they always offer water. I am almost always able to get an appt exactly when I want it, even relatively last minute. I love the late hours offered. One of my favorite things is 8/9pm Friday night massages. I absolutely love Molly. She has given the majority of my massages and she is wonderful, from her personality and demeanor to the massage itself.

Michael is the best massage therapist maybe ever? He listens well and does a great job. He keeps the small talk to a minimum and has a friendly demeanor. I always feel so refreshed after his massages. I hope he stays there for as long as I live here!

C'Asha is wonderful. She is very personable and considerate and I look forward to my appointments with her every month. I have also had great experiences with Lynette. I often can't do a facial and massage together in a month, but it's always a treat when I can!

Heidi has a great knowledge of message techniques that get to the source of my pain. she shows her concern of making me healthy. she is genuinely a nice person

Maggie does a wonderful job and is pleasant to talk to. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and the location is lovely and clean.

I really appreciate the late appointment times, and most of the therapists are great. Tina is amazing and Lynette is hands down, my favorite person to get a facial from. Prices are good and I love the Carytown location. May need more appointments if it keeps getting busy though!

I greatly enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone. The receptionists and my massage therapist are well-trained in their respective fields, as well as personable and friendly.
