The therapist was very responsive to my needs and worked on specific areas based on issues I explained I had. The massage room and waiting area both provide a relaxing ambiance and the staff is very friendly but professional.

The front desk receptionists are helpful and knowledgeable. They always remind you how to get the most out of your membership which is refreshingly helpful. Ashlie is an awesome massage therapist and I'm very happy to have found a therapist in Richmond I'm willing to see regularly.

I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. This was my first wax service and I felt completely comfortable and we'll taken care of.

Molly is the BEST. She listens to my areas of concern, and then focuses on them with just the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. I also thoroughly enjoy talking with her during the massage, but I'm sure if you wanted a serene experience that would also be honored (we just enjoy discussing the world while she massages).

The staff is very courteous. My appointment always begins on time. The massage therapist are awesome, they take their time to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
