I wish when it states it’s a 60 minute massage it would be 60 not 50 minutes

I'm highly satisfied with their service because they do appreciate the customers as well as the therapist respecting their clients.

I have had a difficult year with 2 back to back surgeries so I had a lot of kinks to work out. I 'm so glad I made the decision to start getting massages again and also joined to make it happen.

Hand and Stone receptionists do a great job making me feel welcome upon arrival and Josef does an amazing job with me during the massage. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

My esthetician, Jade, is very knowledgeable and always does a wonderful job. My skin has improved from the service. The reception area is also very welcoming.

Monet was wonderful ! She made me feel extremely comfortable with the massage as we chatted about cruising ! I felt so good after !

Lauren is knowledgeable, thorough and communicative. My skin is always glowing after an appointment with her. She also thinks ahead and listens to what I'm doing afterward so she can add a higher SPF to my face before sending me on my way if needed. She is the best of what Hand & Stone Carytown has to offer. I love her.

My massage therapist was friendly and knowledgeable and kind. She listened in my room smelled great.
