Hand and Stone

Maggie is a great massage therapist. She pays attention when I tell her a particular area of my body is sore, or not to touch a body part. She's just a great person too!

I have been to Hand and Stone 3 times now, each time I have had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I have had 3 different therapists and all were exceptional.

Hand and Stone is a great place to go. It is a calming experience. I usually see Jacqueline Joyce and will continue to book my appointments with her. She is professional, easy to talk with and she is very concerned with making sure that client's are happy with their experience at Hand and Stone.

Hand and Stone in Carytown met all of my expectations. The environment is clean, calming and soothing. The receptionists are always friendly and professional. For this particular visit, some earlier times in the day became available and I was called and given the option of taking one of those. I appreciated that as my appointment was rather late in the day, 8:30pm. Lynette, who did my facial, is also very friendly and professional and explains each part of the process. She makes suggestions, but not in a pushy way, as to products or treatments that would benefit my skin.

Maggie is an excellent massage therapist - that's why I'm highly satisfied. I've been to other therapists, and will only return to see Maggie. If she was no longer available, I'd likely cancel my membership because my experiences with 2 other therapists would not be worth the price of the massage.

I love that the staf remembers me and Maggie is just the best therapist ever.
