Rebecca is friendly, knowledgeable and has a sense of humor.

Well I really like Lynette for my waxing- and she is also good about squeezing me in when I need a wax (and I can get done in less than the allotted time often). I also do massage, but I have a LOT more trouble getting in to see Tina, but I know that is because she is great. I wish we could see her schedule farther out and plan- I would be happy to plan, but I often don't even get that chance, OR for the Richmond area ones, can I coordinate between places, so I don't have to call each place to see where I can get in. The Carytown front desk women are great about finding me what I need, but I wish it were easier to do online (and same with waxing)- I would imagine it would be!

This Hand and Stone is very professional and the deep tissue therapists are very skilled and highly trained. I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience at this location and will continue to recommend it to everyone i know!

I've always had a great experience with Hand and Stone. The receptionists are always incredibly friendly, often greeting me by my first name. The masseuses and aestheticians are friendly, professional, and do a great job of both working out stressed areas and helping me feel relaxed.

With a busy schedule, it has been easy to book appointments. Everyone is very professional and the ambiance is lovely. The therapists are very knowledgeable and have done a great job helping to relieve my aches and pains.

I have been a member going on my second year. I love the massage therapists and the staff. They are GENUINELY caring, friendly and gracious. I have NEVER had a just OK massage at the Carytown location. These folks are fantastic.

This is such a wonderful location!!! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Upon entering I immediately feel more relaxed - and I'm a vey hyper person!! Best of all, is my therapist, Jackie. She is absolutely amazing - and I have many, many previous massage experiences to which I make this comparison. Jackie is incredibly knowledgeable; she understands my questions and gives me educated information. Her skills are wonderful and she has, many times, relieved pain in my shoulders and neck. The manager of this Hand and Stone obviously takes a greater-than-usual interest in making this location, and its employees, the best that can be found in the area. I'm so glad I'm a "member" and I look forward to a long membership!!
