This is such a wonderful value for the price. The therapists are well trained and listen to any problem-area descriptions, the massages are relaxing as well as therapeutic, and the ambience in great. I love my membership here!

This was my first massage with Maggie and it was INCREDIBLE - especially since I was her last client of the day. Each massage I have gotten has been good at Hand & Stone - but this experience was probably the best massage I have had EVER (and have been to other practitioners in Richmond and out of state). I think what made it so wonderful - her ability to assess and work on my problem areas (upper right back). She also manipulates the hot stone in such a way.... I look forward to booking with her again!! HUGE Kudos :)

This is a very well run location with a professional feel. I was always greeted, offered water, and the ambience was good. Molly, my therapist, is excellent and very knowledgeable. She helps me a great deal with back pain.

I did have a problem, but it wasn't on the part of the facility or the aesthetician. I had fever blisters that I thought had healed, but once under a magnifier, the aesthetician noticed that they weren't fully healed. So I wasn't able to get a facial that day, but I would rather be safe than have those sores spread to other parts of my face. I had another treatment, and made an appointment when I left. It was a positive impression, with the focus on health and safety.

I wish the massages were a full hour and included at least 1 add on. I haven't used my points yet, but I would like a little longer and even just scent in the room.

I really enjoyed the entire experience. Also, the woman who performed my facial, Leda, she was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, I felt as though she cared about my skin and my needs. I can't wait to return in January for my next facial.
