The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was very relaxing and everyone I came in contact with was very professional.

I had a great facial with Rebecca - she was able to make recommendations on services and products. I enjoyed the facial and results. I had a lot of questions about membership and Sasha at reception spen a lot of time getting me information. I signed up for the monthly membership that day.

I choose to use this location because of my estitician, Lita. Since coming there for her, I have also had several massages from Heidi. The staff is always extremely welcoming on my arrival and never fail to ask if I would like something to drink. The services are excellent and the checking out process, as well as making the next appointment, are always quickly and efficiently handled. I will continue to use this location and have recommended it to several friends as well.

In short, it was a pleasing and satisfying experienc . The staff members were great and accommodating.

Jackie O is excellent at what she does and has a great personality, too.

Maggie, my massage therapist, gave me a great massage that left me feeling very relaxed. She remembered my issues from when I saw her months ago and addressed the areas where I said I've recently experienced tension. Staff at front desk was very welcoming, almost no wait time and took a minute max to leave tip after my service. Recommend Hand & Stone to all, always have a great experience there.
