Joseph is an excellent massage therapist! I had to remind the reception staff that my upgrade was free due to a previous credit (they never seem to apply this unless I specifically ask), but they were able to find the note quickly and rectify that. Overall, I love that I can walk to my local H&S!

The office of this particular location was decorated with a particular political message and made me uncomfortable and I felt unwelcome.

I thought my massage therapist was just okay. Her nails were long. She bumped around a lot. It was just an average experience.

It was fine, this visit was definitely a better massage than the last time I went. I had a bogo card and found the value for the money appropriate there but I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price. Everyone was courteous and kind every time I've been in, no fault with any employees. The ambiance of the rooms is kind of out dated and feels kind of like a hotel or office kitchen instead of a spa.
