Not receiving the full 50 mins for massage

The actual massage was fantastic this time. However I have been frustrated with cancellations and sub-par therapists. The availability of appointments has also been a challenge.

Difficulty scheduling same appointment time for my husband and myself with our preferred therapists.

Just that the management needs to take better care of the facility. Carpet and ceiling tiles are gross. Therapists and front desk personnel are excellent and do their jobs well.

I'm getting less excited about my membership. Part of it has to do with the intake and signing the forms at check-in, even though that has gotten a little better recently. I'm unsure if the value for the money is still there.

Loud during massage could hear front desk and other staff members

The therapist left for a long period of time for undressing and finished the massage early as well. It was extremely disappointing! He also was breathing heavily and yawning during the entire appointment which was very off putting and unprofessional. He also doesn’t talk much which feels unfriendly. I understand it was early but it felt like he was tired or hungover which was sad as a customer.

Facials especially the add on seem to be early expensive.

The front desk staff was not nice. They were very dry and not welcoming.

My appointment started 10min late; there was some issue with the computer but I laid in the room waiting for awhile. The treatment felt good, but my skin has been extremely dry and ashy since the facial. My normal moisturizer is not working. I am going to have to buy a different moisturizing cream until the moisture comes back to my skin. Something was used that is too drying on my skin during the appointment.
