The terms of the membership at sign OR on website were not clear and I was charged for services. I had to call and find out why I was charged when I canceled in the grace period but there's no record of that being found

I enjoyed my visit. My massage was great. It was not the best thing I have ever experienced which is why for me it was not "highly satisfied"

40 minutes of massage time is not enough. I appreciate the time discussing my health/needs, but a proper massage should be closer to an hour to be really effective.

I’ve noticed that with each visit, the massages never last the full hour. They have always stopped short 10-15 minutes earlier than the hour I expect

Paris is very good. I was very clear with receptionist that I did NOT want a back massage. Apparently she did not relay this to Paris because he gave me a back massage.

Thought the facility wasn't particularly clean. I'm use to going to a plastic surgeons for facials and it is very clean.

I booked and paid for an hour massage. It started about around 10:12 and ended at 10:57. It is too expensive to not last an hour.

First, I was only visiting the area, so that is why I won't go back. The facial itself, was good and my skin looked great. I thought the front of the house staff was very professional, but I was really turned off by the "upsell" attempts by them and by the esthetician. The esthetician made a lot of noise washing out containers while during the massage. That was so distracting. Other estheticians I have been to have been a bit more polished. The price was great because I paid an introductory rate.

I requested the major part to concentrate on was my neck and shoulder area. I felt like 70% was on my lower back, which left little time for other areas. Loved the hot stones though. I am used to a female, and his hands felt a little rough. You nee to find more females. I called for a morning appointment three different times and was never able to have a female do my service.

No complaints they did a wonderful job first time visiting hand & stone. Staff with very friendly and helpful.
