I thought I was done but the receptionist called me back for something. It was to 'pressure' me into committing to a monthly deal saving a $99 intro fee or something if I signed up immediately and I could call back to cancel in 3 days if I decided against it. If I didn't do it right there, no deal. I believe it was either policy or a sales incentive that prompted her to do that. Everything was fine until then. Less likely to come back because of that.

I was told one thing at the front desk for payments and then it was a different price after treatment.

The therapist was very good at communicating regarding intensity of pressure. He seemed knowledgeable about how certain habits can influence the muscles. He did stretching with me which in long run is likely helpful, didn’t leave with improvement in soreness significantly

Everything was excellent massage-wise and service-wise, but it did feel like there was some time left on the table. I was retrieved at 12:03 and the massage ended at 12:52, which meant I had a little extra time to dress/undress that could have been for some massage.

It was good. Felt I disappointing therapist when she asked for cash tip not card tip and I only brought card. Just felt rushed. And I missed getting offered water.

It wasn’t an overall great experience compared to other massage businesses. I typically don’t leave poor reviews but I purchased an hour long massage with an appointment time of 9am. I did not go back to the room until after 9, talked to the worker for a minute before getting ready/ on the table for massage, and then it was over and I was already dressed and it was only 9:50… I left feeling very confused and rushed over all.

the virtual assistant is annoying and a waste of time. need to talk to human re times and dates. not back and forth. good time saving concept but does not work for me.

I think for the cost it could be better. The fact that you pay for an hour but don't get an hour has always disturbed me but I didn't pay for this visit so I cannot really complain.

My masseur (Paris) gave me a great massage and I appreciated his willingness to wear a mask. I had requested a female masseuse when I scheduled my appointment, so I was surprised to have a male therapist. Again, he did a great job, but I thought it was weird that I'd asked for a female and instead was booked with a male therapist and no one even asked if that substitution was ok. (My husband will ONLY see a female therapist, so I was wondering how this would've been handled if he were in my shoes.) Otherwise great visit. And again, Paris was fantastic, so this is NOT a knock on him.

I know it wasn’t the intention but the way the assistance button was presented made me feel uncomfortable. It was mentioned by everyone and it seemed like too much.
