Looking for long term therapist. First session was better than the first one. Considering requesting another one next time.

I always feel nervous or guilty going to a place where I know a lot of income is based on them selling me things like products or membership.

I was offered and received options during my facial that I was not told coast extra. When I went to check out my facial was more than DOUBLE the price based on the “additions”

I didn't know that I couldn't use points on products. I was told this during my November visit so I saved the points for my December visit and found it that I couldn't use them. That was disappointing.

Probably should have talked more about pressure on my lower spine.

The therapist did not use correct pressure. It felt like he didn’t care about his job. He did the bare minimum and still was lack luster.

Lotion was cold. Would like the opportunity to add reflexology or other hand/feet massage to extend the time

I feel like my visit is a bother to the desk. The receptionists always seem new and fuble through the checkin/checkout. The music in my room sounded like the speaker was blown and i didnt find it relaxing. The only reason i keep my membership at this location is because of my therapist Matt

I had a wonderful massage therapist when I went to this location several months ago. They were very conscious of asking for feedback and asked about pressure, sensitivities, etc. They taught me about things about massage and hypermobility but didn't over talk. This masseuse started talking and while he was very kind and politie, I wished I could have just relaxed. I also asked to have a spot by my shoulder/armpit worked on bc it was tight but he just stretched my arm mostly. He also told a story about a bug falling on a patient... So that gave me the heebie-jeebies
