There are constantly hitches with the online booking system. Further, my confirmation texts always contain glitches and errors.

Bree us a highly skilled practitioner. She offers recommendations to help with problem areas post massage. I have no doubt she is highly skilled.

I did not begin my massage until 9:15 and finished at 9:54 which, even considering change time, was short by 10 min sutra. In addition, I mentioned full body and never flipped over- I was face down the entire time.

Sofia is wonderful the best you have the other massage therapist are not - not enough after work times available - please have Sofia train all of your therapist. I do not like that the price went up 10.00 per month without notice and should have been kept at 59.95 especially for members that have been members for a while and stuck with you through Covid and also through the frequent leaving of qualified therapist -

The massage was presented like it would be an hour and was only about 45-50 mins.

I felt that the massage was as good as I have received in the past. My massage therapist told me my time was up. When I looked at the time, I had still had 5 more minutes, and we even started late. He was not very welcoming, just an awkward transaction.

Good experience

The music in the rooms was not working- otherwise it was fantastic

No music was played. The time spent on my aromatherapy scalp massage was too short. The massage ended 10 minutes early.

The therapist was excellent however the massage did not last for 50 minutes.
