Good massage therapist and friendly staff. It is difficult if you have to make changes to appointment. Not cancel but make a change when there is no live person

I received gift cards for masages from a family member and it's always a treat to go to Hand and Stone. I had two prenatal massages from Taylor and I knew I wanted to book with her again. Great experience.
