I enjoyed the experience but it was not the best experience I have ever had. In comparison to other massages, I did not feel as relaxed as I had hoped. It was a good massage that focused on my problem areas but it was not the best.

Usually when I’m getting a massage I almost fall asleep because the therapist is hitting all the right spots with the right amount of pressure. My last experience was nothing like that. It was just a massage. I didn’t reach my max relax.

Satisfied is still good. I just need to go again before I know the actual feel of a place. One visit isn't enough to be blown away for me.

It was very nice as an experience, I would simply prefer to go to a larger location next time to ensure that booking convenient times and multiple massages at once is easier

I have had issues with getting a good quality therapist in a reasonable time frame/schedule. I really enjoyed Rosa. She is a good therapist. I just need a break from the monthly commitment.

I liked my facial a lot. My only issue is that the esthetician got so much product in my hair. Not a little, but quite a lot. I immediately had to shower and wash my hair, and I felt like that washed off everything I had gotten done. Besides that she did a great job

First time with this particular therapist. Seemed a little rushed, but otherwise very good technique. I will continue to work with the same therapist if they are available. Sometimes it takes a session or two to get best outcomes.

It can be very difficult to schedule for facials sometimes. I’ve been canceled on a few times over the past few months which is frustrating but the service during my actual appointment was fantastic.

I had a gift card credit and was told I had to pay for the visit. Third time this happened.
