I find that it is very difficult to schedule appointments on a routine schedule. For example, as a member, I would love to be able to come at the same time once per month so it is set and consistent. I understand that this is not always possible but it would be ideal. Also, I really do find the music a bit cliche and intrusive. I wish the client could just choose from a playlist or use their own phone, but maybe this would be unfair to the therapists and their preferences. Nothing offensive of course, but I see how that could be subjective, difficult to manage. Thanks for all you do! Your therapists are so knowledgeable and have alleviated a painful sleep issue that I have been having. It's wonderful!

was using a gift card for hour long deep massage. when making appt. I added the foot and hand massage (each at 15 minutes) so thought i'd receive an hour long massage as well as the 30 minute extras. surprised to find out the deep tissue massage was reduced by 30 minutes during my session. the massage and hand/foot extras were great. however had i known the body massage would be reduced, I would not have requested them or would have request 1.5 hour session. i believe the person making the appt should clarify situations like this. My massage only lasted for 40 minutes vs 50 minutes. Too much time was given to unrobe and get under the sheet which left me waiting for a bit and not starting until at least 1:10 but the massage ended at exactly 1:50 on the dot.

I was satisfied with my service but one thing that would make it better is the music in the room. It doesn’t flow from one to the next, sometimes it stops abruptly, I know my appt didn’t start on time which the massage therapist did explain why but no one at the desk told me it would be a few minutes behind. My massage therapist did a great job focusing on key areas though and made up for lost time. Despite these two things I am still satisfied with my service but wanted to mention as to why I wasn’t highly satisfied.

I have had trouble with joining my online account and my membership for the last 2 visits. I am unable to book my appointment online with my membership. The only other complaint is the music cutting out. Something must be wrong with the sounds. The music stops and starts again and has clicking noises that I can't ignore. Sorry. Not one to complain but the sounds make me focus on that.

I live in Oregon - very likely to return for a massage on our next visit. Taylor did a marvelous job - gave me exercises/stretches for my lower back. Only suggestion - I felt very cold in the massage room, which made it hard to fully relax.

My spouse has had a “no show” therapist 3 times, I’ve had it happen once. I lack confidence that appts will always be kept.

I have countless massage vouchers from my membership. I resent having to use two whole vouchers for a deep-tissue massage when each voucher is valued at approx $55-60 and the deep-tissue massage runs $79.99. I should have been able to add more services to make the second voucher feel whole. And the salon canceled my daughter's appointment with 24 hours notice. She's only visiting for a long weekend, so it was a big disappointment. My massage therapist was excellent.

My wife and I always try to schedule appointments at the same time. She was not notified that her therapist had a personal emergency and would not be able to keep the appointment until we arrived. We were only told that the receptionist that was there called X other clients while she asked the other person to call the others. The appointment was at 6:00 and she had received a second confirmation at 4:03 that day. It seems like some notification could have been made and it was a case of passing the buck. Not even a missed call. No doubt things come up. This did have an impact on my mood going in.
