Hand and Stone

I booked online and when I checked in I was under someone else's name even though the confirmation texts and emails where sent to me at the correct email and phone number. When I arrived they could not "find the correct me in the system".

The massage was relaxing but I wanted more pressure in areas discussed but the therapist didn't ask if all was okay during massage. Oils requested online were not the ones used, and although supposedly changed, she still used peppermint when I had asked for eucalyptus. Also I asked for lavender and got CBD. Hands and feet not attended to at all. Ironic as it is called hand and stone. Pressure points not really pressured. More like a nice friendly rubbing

I waited 30 minutes I had specified I wanted the infusion treatment snd it was being used by someone else!!!! Tabatha was very pleasant and knowledgeable..

I wish that the receptionist had made me aware of the on-going specials and add-on services. I would have booked additional services (a facial) during my appointment had I known.

Talking/chitchatting at the front desk. I’ve had this issue with another massage therapist and it was hugely unprofessional. I switched therapists and was much more satisfied.

I had to fill out information that hand and stone should already have and I had to use one of my packages for a upgrade that cost 30$ when im paying 59.00$ a month which is 29.00 lost for me as a member

Difficulty rebooking with therapist, only apt 2 mo out

Services have gotten far too expensive. When I joined it was $50/month and now it is $70. I have pretty severe pain and I just do not feel that the massages are addressing it adequately to be worth the pain so I am going to spend the money on a chiropractor instead. If it was still $50 I would be able to continue the membership but I cannot justify the $90/month after tip.

The staff is friendly and professional. Enjoy meeting with different professionals within each service area. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each visit.
