Jack did a great job. I'll definitely visit with him again. I hope that Hand and Stone will offer other options for massage oil that do not contain sesame!

The massage rooms- the lights are dim and really don’t see too much, however the detail in the room didn’t seem to match the entrance front desk.

I was satisfied with my experience. Nothing was extraordinary therefore not much about the visit warranted highly satisfied marks. I enjoyed my experience and will be back, likely not within the 90 day limit your question asked.

When checking g out I showed the receptionist my additional 10% off. She did not apply. I had to call back and request it! I did receive it after 2 calls.

I felt pressured into buying a membership. The music was turned on halfway through the massage & then kept randomly cutting on/off and making scratchy noises. While I was very appreciative of the massage felt and it felt good and relaxing, the massage did not feel even; whether it be the legs, arms or neck one side always seemed to be more or less massaged than the other.

Felt like an economy type massage; therapist seemed tired and not really that interested in engaging. Run of the mill, medium pressure massage that was relaxing. Nothing really wrong, but nothing particularly good. I would return and ask for a different therapist

I arrived to find out that my appointment was with a completely different therapist than I usually see and make appointments with. This wasn't a big deal overall, but it was a bit of a letdown. I wish there was some way I could log into my member portal to see my past appointments and see upcoming appointments. I've tried to get my member portal fixed because it has bad or no information - so I can't track things like that or see my member reward points. I was told by corporate to get it sorted out at the specific location I go to and they looked into it, but it still is broken. Thank you!

I booked my appointment several weeks ago and was looking forward to it. Apparently the schedule changed and my therapist needed to leave early. I was never contacted and told my massage would only be an hour or I would have rescheduled. I was checked in and even PAID for my full 80min massage and tip and still thought I had an 80mins massage. Once my therapist grabbed me I was informed it was a mistake and told the manager tried to reach me. That is a flat out lie! No one ever contacted me and my appointment was still booked and y’all let me pay for an 80mins. The front desk needs to get it together. I’m still waiting on a refund of my original cost and was dissapoimted when no one even offered something for the experience and inconvenience of hand and stones lack of accountability. I’m probably going to cancel my membership and go back to massage envy.

Great service, but microdermabrasion machine was not working & didn’t know in advance. Had to get a different skin treatment. Front desk also seemed to struggle with software/took longer than expected to check out

I usually get massages at Hand & Stone Short Pump and do facials/Reiki in Carytown. First time getting a massage at this location. It was good. I just prefer massages that don’t follow a “routine” but focus on relieving tension on knots, tightness etc and change up the hands/elbows etc as necessary. This was more of just gliding all over with a set pattern/routine. Still good. Prefer the other people at other location.
