I followed my therapist from one store to this one because she's great. The ambience, receptionist, etc. is irrelevant to me compared to the actual massage.

Tha massage and masseuse were good.I was satisfied in that they met expectations. However that is my expectation, a good masseuse and massage , so it’s difficult to say if exceeded expectations

I was satisfied. It was a good experience and I plan on coming back. The receptionist and massage therapist were friendly and helpful. My only comment is that I was confused on how I had money left over when the gift card was for an 80 minute massage - definitely not a bad thing I would just have preferred an explanation.

I was satisfied - highly satisfied would be reserved for an outstanding unique personal experience.

I had bruised ribs from bike fall two weeks prior. Not the therapist's fault that I experienced a little bit of discomfort. I did not get the massage for relaxation.

Excellent esthetician, communicates what she was doing but allowed me to relax. Felt very safe with COVID protocol

Kind of robotic awkward tone of receptionists. Didn’t particularly make me feel welcome when I walked in or when I was leaving.

The massage was wonderful. What caused me to be a bit upset is at checkout, I asked if gratuity had been included on the gift card for an 80 min massage that I used. I was told no so I paid the gratuity in cash. As I was leaving I was told I still had 25$ left on the card to use “for next time or to apply towards a membership” I felt tricked, as that was the gratuity (I checked with the gift giver). I have asked my husband not to purchase any more gift card from hand and stone.

waited for receptionist to get off phone without acknowledging I was there. arrived 10 minutes early and didn't go into room until 3 minutes after appt time. Massage started 7 minutes late. I asked about the full 50 minutes, was assured I would get it and he stopped a few minutes short of full time.

It was a great massage. My therapist was nice and did well, the table was heated, it smelled nice and was clean. The first receptionist that greeted me seemed unhappy that a customer walked in, though. The other receptionist with long dark hair (unsure of the name) was friendly and helped me check out, for which I was glad.
