Every time I find a favorite masseuse, they end up leaving. BookOmg an appointment in advance is often frustrating because most of my preferred times/ dates are not always available.

Everything was fine and I have no complaints. I am just not someone to say Highly Satisfied in a survey unless it was absolutely perfect.

Could hear cabinets opening and closing/noises in neighboring rooms which disrupted my relaxation a bit, maybe just have the music a bit louder? Overall a great experience

I had never had a facial before .the esthetician was silent pretty much the whole time. I would have appreciated her sort of walking me through it a little bit and maybe making some recommendations for me.

Tried to book online and never received a password reset email so had to call yo book appointment. Safety precautions good but a cloth mask or added face shield may help others feel even safer

My appointment started ten minutes after the scheduled time (at 10am) and I was booked for a 50 minute massage. The therapist seemed rushed at the end and ended at 10:50, so it was only a 40 minute massage.

I am constantly rotated through aestheticians and massage therapists which is frustrating. I also rarely have time to use my membership which has been made worse by the pandemic where I cannot get facials.

The sanitation measures are not visible nor are you advertising them, I’m just trusting you. Signing a waiver is not all that reassuring. Would love to know if you have limits on what employees do outside of work.
