My only dissatisfaction was my prior visit - first time back since reopening. I was sad to see all of my regular therapists were gone. This most recent visit was amazing and my therapist was amazing. Last time, the person didn’t lower the lights / make a relaxing environment and seemed very rushed. However, wanted to continue to come back. Was very pleased with my current provider!

I called in February to suspend my membership during the Covid crisis. I was still charged at least another month during Covid. It’s been very difficult to try to get to the right person to correct this.

The pressure was not strong enough to relieve the pain/aches in my back and shoulders. Also, I had to fill out the intake form again since it was never put on file during my last visit.

One employee at reception was wearing a mask, but a second employee returned from a mask and did not put one on the whole 10 minutes we were waiting for our appointments. Hand & Stone talks quite a bit about safety precautions, but that doesn't help anything if an employee isn't wearing a mask..

My appointment started late (several minutes past 4pm) but then ended promptly at 4:50, therefore I missed out on several minutes of my allotted time.

I am satisfied, parts of the massage just hurt. I know she was just trying to work out the kinks though. I have no complaints and I hope I can remain a member, my finances just took a hit during covid.

Maybe I did not understand the service. I got a Hymilan stone massage with CBD oil. Overall, very relaxing and enjoyable. Only issue was my feet were not massaged.
