I am not able to access my online account. The receptionist was not able to help me out. She said she did not know about the online part and I’d have to call the corporate number.

I think the cost is too high for my budget. I asked for deep tissue and even asked for more pressure but did not feel satisfied. To her benefit, she did not know but she did not ask. More pressure than a Swedish but would not call it deep tissue. Staff at desk super friendly!

There were new people each time I come. There wasn't one person I recognized as therapists or front desk staff. Each time I book, the massage therapist is moving on to another establishment. Hard to want to continue with a 4th therapist.

The massage therapist was competent, helpful and friendly - but did not seem to be as experienced as other massage therapists I have encountered at other spas. Not a criticism of her skill, just a comment that she was perhaps less experienced and will grow/learn as she works.

The music in the therapist’s room was too intense and too loud. Needs soothing music. Would also like to see a dark cool down, relaxation room be added while waiting for therapist to come to get you.

Appointment time ya have to be made far in advance to get a desired appointment time. Although this massage was great, there have been some that have been not-so-great.

My 12/18 appt was confirmed via text and email on 12/16. When I arrived for the appt. I was informed that the holiday party was taking place that day and the spa was closing and my appt was cancelled. I had received NO notice of this, and when I said so the associate was unapologetic, saying only that the text / email confirmation was a 3rd party app (so what?!), and that, "someone should have called me". I felt rushed, poorly treated, and like I'd been totally brushed off. Unbelievably aloof reaction to my time being so taken for granted.

LYNETTE is amazing. Professional, personable and knowledgeable. The disconnect between booking via your website for scheduling and the information that’s relayed to the spa is AWFUL! YOU NEED A BETTER SYSTEM

My massage therapist is very consistent in treating the areas that bother me. He is very friendly.
