Hand and Stone

My massage started 15 minutes late and still ended on time. I paid for a full hour and only got 45 minutes. I also received a confirmation for my appointment, which you all were specifically told not to do, and it ruined a surprise gift.

My therapist has recently left and I am trying to find someone that will work for me and my needs. I tried several therapist and was not happy with the results. I believe I have finally found someone to see on a regular basis. I'm very happy about that. Need to get back into a routine.

Had scheduled a Swedish message but felt more like pressure points. Which was good because I had some areas in my upper back that she worked out. Missed the hands and feet that I thought usually got messaged too

It's just a personal preference, but the therapist talked a lot. I would get super relaxed and in a trance-like state and he would wake me up with "How you doing there, Erin!?" and then bring up a topic. I wasn't in the mood to talk, and I feel like a good therapist should be able to sense that. He was great otherwise, though.

Everything was great. Only problem the person handeling the payment did the math incorrectly and I overpaid by $8

The turnover of massage therapists is disturbing. I develop a relationship with a massage therapist, and in a few months they are gone. I'm wondering why they leave.

All sessions tend to be less than 50 minutes from start time to end time. Some masseurs are better on this than others.

I just wasn’t prepared to purchase any products. The services were great.

Therapist was super talkative and full of advice I did not need but end result was fine

The massage was more of a rub down than a massage She did hit a few key spots but for the hour it wasn’t that great
