Lotion gave an allergic reaction causing my sinuses to drain.

Specifically asked the areas to concentrate on but didn’t follow them. Didn’t provide a deep tissue as purchased.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the service provided or the friendliness of the personnel. I do wish there were magazines to read while waiting, or perhaps literature explaining the various treatments offered by the spa.

My appointment started ten minutes late after arriving 15 minutes early as told. The room was so small and cramped. Half way through the massage therapist turned on a fan without asking which made me cold.

My husband booked us separate appointments at the same time. When we checked in the receptionist told us we had a couples massage reserved. We told her we did not want that and that was not what we booked. After some back and forth she told us it would be the same price as the gift cards we had on our account so we agreed the couples massage was fine. What she did not tell us was that the couples massage is only half the amount of time as a regular 50 minute massage (which is what we wanted in the first place). We were very disappointed when the service was over after 30 minutes and we had spent so much money for a couples massage that we didn't even book. Very disappointed and we did not appreciate the lack of transparency.

My massage therapist was phenomenal and was able to relieve most of my back tension. The massage didn’t start on time by about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that it would be delayed. No one followed up with me while I was waiting to let me know what was going on.

I was satisfied. The only annoyance is that I was late and called to say that I was running late because my Uber was very late. I arrived at 3:08. The massage actually started at 3:21 and ended promptly at 3:50 on the dot. I would have preferred being met faster in the waiting room and not waiting so long in the massage room.

The massages are advertised to be one hour but they are only 50 minutes if not a little less. This makes the massage cost more per minute than average.

I waited a really long time between the time I laid down on the table after undressing and the time the therapist came into the room. Also I requested certain areas to be focused upon with extra attention and they were not.

Everything was fine but not exceptional
