Finished massage with body and hair feeling greasy and felt rushed in getting dressed and hair combed knowing that the room needed to be made ready for next client.

I’m not a big fan of massages. The procedure was only 45 minutes. No massage of legs

It’s overall a good experience. Diamond was great. But for me to personally say “highly satisfied” it would have to have a slightly better/more upscale spa atmosphere, which it does not. No complaints though. Perfectly good service from everyone!

This does not apply. I was very satisfied with the experience I had at hand and stone yesterday. Proir to yesterday, I did had never had a facial and it had been over 5 years since my last massage. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed and comfortable and providing a great service!

Overall, I appreciated the service. I didn't have any complaints. In comparison to other experiences I've had elsewhere I ranked I was satisfied based on it being a new fresh experience and me getting acquainted with the space. Nothing stood out to me for me to rank higher than satisfied for the responses I provided.

Hello- I always find the reception area very chaotic when several people are checking in and several people are checking out. Secondly, I can’t seem to find a massage therapist I enjoy enough at Carytown to come back to (everyone is good, but no one id return to). I wish the lotions were scented (I think this is an uncharge which it shouldn’t cost). Lastly, I was charged for trigger point for the first time ever. No one told me it would be extra. It was the least useful part of the massage so I really wish I knew it would be an upcharge.

My lack of satisfaction stemmed from your online booking system. I booked a massage for my husband and myself and his appointment was cancelled accidentally and I didn't know until we showed up on Sunday am for our appts. The receptionist was nice and apologetic, but your online system sucks. Appointments that were cancel show up as upcoming or completed so there is no accurate representation on the website of the appointments you actually have or completed. Also - there is no way to see on the website (that I could find) of how many massage credits I have on my account. It's just a poor user experience, but yet you push people online by giving people points for scheduling online. You shouldn't do that unless you website it flawless. It really turned me off to the store and the company.

The lack of products avail, more variety would be nice. Updated decor/aesthetic would also be nice. Reception staff is always changing and being a member for so long would be nice to be remembered when I come almost 2-3 times a month sometimes more.

The massage table warmer was not working. That is disappointing.
