Overall, I was satisfied. There was just a small problem with my appointment booking. I booked an 80 minute massage, weeks in advance. I received a call the week of the appointment and was told they made a mistake when booking and my massage therapist was not working at my start time. They did rebook me for another time that day, but I could only get a 50 minute massage.

Was never asked about pressure so it was so light I hardly felt it. Would love a whiff of an oil or something just to start the relaxation.

I struggle with 5 point likert scales. Satisfied is a positive rating

The bathroom didn’t have any towels to dry hands Appointments are hard to get and I can’t get any consistently with my therapist hence why I am considering canceling

The message therapists we had in our couples massage we're not very personable, assumed we had done a couples massage before (which is different than one by yourself!) and were a little awkward.

Very Satisfied, not highly satisfied. My first time With this therapist & we were getting to know each other. So, One day after my deep tissue I realize I should have had more pressure & more time on hip area.

1.i don't like the fact that the 50min start as son as you get there as oppose to after your changed and me actual massage starts.

Most was fine. Would have liked a different type of work on my shoulders.

I think I misunderstood the value of my gift certificate. It was an 80 minute hot stone plus cold stone facial and foot treatment. I thought it was the massage plus the other treatments. The whole appointment was 80 minutes. I wished I had foregone the other services and just had the 80 minute massage.

I was satisfied. Massage therapist was good but did not focus on my sciatica. She did relieve tension in my shoulders.
