I did have to wait about 10 minutes for my appointment and I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. I will say that my massage therapist was wonderful (I believe Wes was his name.) He was very friendly, extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable during the experience. Thanks!

When scheduling via email, I wasn't told there would be a 30 min break between services. It wasn't completely clear what services had actually been booked for me. Lastly, my massage therapist always introduces himself to me like we've never met, even though I've received multiple massages from him. Update your notes!

I was very pleased with the massage! I find this survey a tad confusing...rated the massage satisfying and then need to explain why it isn’t more satisfying...

Ease of location. Availability of appointments. Level of skill

Nothing was negative. I didn't care for the paperwork but I understand it was necessary

I was considering canceling my membership simply because the massage therapists are not that great. However, on my last visit I was very pleased with Josh because he is the best masseuse I have had there in a LONG time (and I have been a member for quite some time). Yet and still, Hand & Stone tends to not keep their Massage herbalists for long, so once he is gone, then I am going to cancel my membership for sure. This is because I have had too many horrible massage therapists in the past.

I had a great experience for my first time visit.

It was a perfectly adequate massage. I have no complaints, I did not give it a highly satisfied rating as it was not the most luxurious atmosphere that I have experienced for a massage but it was also an affordable everyday luxury. I have no complaints.
