It is perhaps of this location that accounts for there being so few open appointment times available. You must select an appointment date well into the future in order to get a time you'd like. Overall experience is great, once a suitable time can be found.

Preferred facial person not available. Massage not great. Waxing very good.

I love my massage therapist, however; I felt like the swedish massage wasn't worth the cost, especially compared to the deep tissue massage I had received prior.

My therapist tried to upsell me different services four separate times... including once during the massage! It made me really uncomfortable and should not be done once already in the room.

My therapist spent a lot of time on my back when I didn’t tell her my back was hurting. I told her that I wanted relaxation and had no aches/pains. She kept putting pressure in certain spots on my back that was uncomfortable because her nails dug into my skin.

My appointment began about 5 minutes late, even though I was early to my appointment. Also, I had the mini cold stone facial add on. I believe that is supposed to be a 15 minute add on in addition to my massage time. I noticed that both the mini facial and the massage were completed under 1 hour (and my appointment was late starting!) Overall, I DID have a great massage, I just wish it was in the time amount it was supposed to be in (1 hr, 15min.).

I wish it was not quite so expensive and that there were more weekend and evening appointments available for those of us who work.

I believe that I am highly satisfied with my experience. I feel welcomed and the therapist is excellent. I would suggest that each therapist keep notes on regular customers' preferences. Maybe they do this already, but even if I could see that he had notes with him it would seem more personalized. He does a great job, and always asks about my areas of need, but with written notes, there could be focus on particular techniques or areas that are favorites for each regular (member) customer. It could be a really nice, enticing membership benefit to know that your massage is more personalized. It wouldn't have to be anything huge - even just seeing that there are notes for feedback would be meaningful, even if they are the kinds of small things that the therapists already make an effort to do for their regular clients.
