Prenatal massage would have been more comfortable overall if the table could recline up. Room overall could have felt more relaxing.

On my last two visits for a massage, the masseuse I booked the session with was not the masseuse who performed the massage. Hand and Stone obviously recognizes that its clients prefer certain staff members, as it allows you to select them by name. I contacted the location by e-mail last night, and have yet to hear back as to why this mix-up is occurring and what can be done to prevent it in the future. I don't want to be believe that the switcheroo is intentional in order to fill the slots of all those who work here, but what conclusion can I draw from such a simple process screwing up twice in a row?

Could not get a timely appointment either initially or for next appointment.

Great massage for good price. My only complaint is the oil they use leaves me feeling greasy after and has no “spa” scent - which is always a bonus, but maybe that’s just at higher end places. All in all totally with the membership.

Would prefer aromatherapy. Would prefer more products. Would prefer the option for complimentary access to a sauna or steam room to facilitate relaxation before treatment.

I overall really enjoy the Carytown location and the staff in particular. I know this is a very minor detail, but the coconut water from the waiting room tasted metallic. It's one of my favorite things about checking in and I was just sad it wasn't as good as normal.

My therapist is amazing, so no complaints there. I wish the ambiance inside the room was a little more calming. Maybe darker or different music.

I was satisfied with my experience and will be returning next month to see the same therapist. For me to check highly satisfied I feel things must have gone above and beyond expectations. I have no complaints.
