Online booking would help tremendously, calling makes it less likely for me to book. Also, the music in the massage room could be louder to help immerse you in the experience.

I think $60/month is a little expensive for a standard 1-hour massage or facial. That is the price without anything added to it. The therapists range in knowledge about skin care as well so some are better than others.

I always feel it’s important for a service to seek continuous improvement at any business I frequent.

Your massages used to be better. I am not sure if she was rushed or whether there was not enough time. I probably should have scheduled 90 minutes. She did a great job hitting the spots that needed attention and overall did a great job. It's just that I have had better massages. I will come back but also get massages from ACAC and a individual that has a business on Patterson.

I arrived before 8 a.m. No one was at the desk. Overall your reception area is cold and sterile feeling.

I had a perfectly fine experience, but it didn't exceed expectations. I also felt a bit uncomfortable with the forced sales (upgrades and membership). That took away from the experience.

Better techniques with previous massages.

My appointment started 10 minutes late but ended on time - so I did not get 10 minutes of massage that was paid for. My therapist was great and hit my points, but she spent a lot of time on the areas I said were bothering me - but felt it was too much time. The rest of my body got little attention. She did a great job though and I would use her again.

Massage therapist talked way too much...

The music is horrible. The chirping, whistling, tapping, and wailing are distracting and unnerving and prevent me from being completely relaxed. It may be considered necessary to conceal noise in the hallway but I'm thinking hallway noise might be better.
