It was a 50 minute massage, but once in the room the therapist noted we had just 40 minutes. Some areas were completely skipped so there would be time to focus on others.

Just the price. I would think being a member would mean a discount on each massage but it seems I'm still paying the same price as a non-member. I'm not really sure what the benefit of membership is besides getting points.

Prior to paying after my last massage, I had to wait behind two other customers while receptionist explained all of the possible uses of the credits one accumulates through various actions. Then had to wait while the two customers selected their next appointment dates and times, going back and forth with their calendars. As much as possible, customers should be encouraged to make their appointments themselves on their own time. My point is, there's a certain floatiness you have when you leave a massage. Having to deal with this hassle as you leave is a real buzzkill. That being said, the massage itself is always great.

my daughter and I thought the facials were excellent. Her massage was mediocre, mine was good .

I truly enjoyed my services, I really wish I would not be advertised as I was getting a 60-minute massage when I only get a 40 min. This makes me want to take my business elsewhere. If I pay for a 60 min, Give me a full 60-minute massage. All the other salons offer a full amount of time which I purchase. Need a waiting room area like in Virginia Beach Massage Envy and wish the experience was more like Red Door spa.

I asked for more pressure in my lower back and the therapist said "okay!" However, she did not seem to really increase the pressure. I am in a lot of back pain, maybe I need a male. Im not sure.

The cost is a bit high for 50 minutes. The internet booking service is slow and poorly designed. I would appreciate more flexibility for 50 or 80 minute sessions.

everything was fair except i placed an online appt request and never heard anything from spa, i ended up calling for appt.

membership costs and value per package received. when booking a massage, they will try to get you to book and 80 min session and use "two packages" therefore cheating you out of 20 min of massage and $30 - which would be fine if they allowed you to apply this amount as a tip, but they don't. you're expected to get less than what you have already paid for, and still tip additionally.

The music choice is just terrible. Everything else is fantastic but I turn the music to the lowest setting when I get in and it's still like nails on a chalk board. Bells and horns and animal calls? Very odd and not relaxing.
