I rarely give highest ratings on anything.

The experience and facility is generally good. It would be helpful to be able to book on-line. I have tried a number of times and was not able to at this location. I would also like to see more variety of services.

Easy and convenient to my house. The place is clean. The therapists are all nice.

The massage therapist should not talk during the massage. I LOVED my facial!

The Appointment started a little late. My therapist did an excellent job pinpointing problem areas and working on them. I received a hand a foot hot towel treatment and was not impressed with the service for the cost. I walked away satisfied but not over the moon.

I just wish I could book an appointment entirely online, and receive confirmation via email. I make a request and then get a call back, and I can't answer or call back while I'm at work, and I usually forget to call back once I'm off, so I almost always miss out on the date/time I want an appointment. It seems like a lot of back and forth.

I've had some scheduling issues over the last few months. ei I have a reminder card with my appt but when I show up I'm not in the computer system

Yes, it's a bit expensive, so if quality over quantity is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you!

Not informed parking would be a problem on Monday, I need handicapped parking and had to walk too far. Long as I have been coming, I am never greeted by name at reception, at times not even recognized or checked in.

Certain products not available when I came for two separate appointments. Other appointments started 5-10 mins late.
