The therapist was very good. I haven't had a message in years so I didn't realize until later that it wasn't enough pressure. As such I also did not say anything to the therapist, so he did fine.

I did not like the scent of the oil. The monthly membership is $60, the massage was $50, and tip was $14, yet the tip was charged separately so instead of costing me $64, this massage really cost me $74 Not happy about that.

I am still trying to find the right massage therapist for me. I had a good experience and my therapist listened to my specific concerns and needs, I just haven't found the person I want to keep coming back to.

This is my first visit. I would be highly satisfied if on a consistent basis the standard was the same.

Didn't get day desired after receiving call that my appointment had to be rescheduled.

It is very difficult to book an 80 minute massage. Also the lotion is somewhat greesy and smells a little bit off.

While there are a good number of deals, the price is pretty high for an abbreviated sessions. Most other spas in town or private therapists offer 60 minute and 90 minute sessions for the same price or less. The lower time and higher cost deprive the spa from truly being competitive. That is to say, I like it, but I'm always looking for a deal.

Personally don't care for responses from anyone in customer service which include " no problem". For instance, I'd like to put the tip on my credit card. " no problem". Well of course it's not a problem! It's your JOB!!! Another example, "would you like some water? No problem. AHHHH!!!! It's SOOO annoying. Can the response be something like "sure"? Or "happy to do that for you" anything to make me think I'm creating a problem for someone who's job it is to do what ever it is they should be doing anyway! (There, I've vented. Otherwise, I love Wes, my masseuse. And enjoy the monthly visits, with "no problems")

Over the past couple of months, it has been very difficult to call and book an appointment. I've even left multiple messages, but no one ever responds to any of them. I would have booked online, but I do not know my member ID and in the past it has been easy to book an appointment over the phone. When I do get a hold of someone, I feel that I am somewhat of a burden to them. However, not all the receptionists are like this, but a couple have been lately. Otherwise, the service I get, primarily with the aestheticians, is great.
