I asked the massage therapist to massage harder and she wasn't doing it hard enough, so I quit asking.

It was nothing exceptional to merit that kind of review. Experience was fine but nothing over the top special.

I have tried several different massage therapists...I believe 4 at this point...and I'm still waiting to find just the right one. There are things I like about each of them but things I don't like about each of them. I'd like a good balance between making sure to hit all the muscles in the body while also spending extra time where the tough knots are and it seems like it's been either/or up until now. I'll keep trying. I'm not ready to give up yet but it would help increase the value of the service.

The price point is a bit high for a 50 minute massage. Otherwise the service & therapist were good. If you cannot lower your prices, perhaps you could make your point accumulation program a. it more generous?

The only complaint was I was to get a 50 minute massage. I noticed we started late but I was there early. If we start a bit late it should finish a bit late and not cut 50 to 45.

I was not asked about any additional services I wanted to include with my massage service. I didn't care for the music either, wanted something a little more neutral, maybe nature sounds instead of ethnic music.

I have been a member for about a year and a half now. My only complaint is that it is hard to get weekend appointments if you don't book over a week or two in advance. My schedule is often in flux so I try to make appointments on short notice and it is impossible. I have frozen my account to stop the treatments from compiling when I can't use them. If I cancel my membership in the future, this will be the only reason.

The app is terrible. It would be useful to choose a service (1-click) and be shown availability instead of all the clicks to select date/ranges and times. It's an interface that does not at all consider the user experience. It's clunky.

My therapist was new to me and it takes awhile to get used to new therapists.

I booked an appointment online requesting someone specific. In my email confirmation, it said that I had booked an appointment with that person. When I arrived, a different person came out and asked for me. The person I had requested and was confirmed with had another client at the same time. The front desk apologized and handled it well, but it kind of threw off the experience.
