I don't know, I think it's okay, I like who does my massages, the time just goes quickly, and I think it would be an incentive for members to get some rewards after a time to stay as a member. it would be a nice thank you if there was some extra kicked in. such as an aroma, or an extra 5 minutes of massage.

Based on previous facials at other businesses, I did not feel the Detox facial was as in-depth or involved in making a huge difference on my skin from what I have experienced before. It was good and very relaxing though!

50 minute massage isn't a good value compared to other options in the area. Culture of pushing massage memberships is a turn off and I hate being sold to when I'm there to relax.

The music in the massage room wasn't working, the speakers seemed to not be working. The therapist tried to fix it but it couldn't be fixed during the time of service. The therapist was good but I felt there could get been better methods to get the tension out of certain spots. For my personal preference, the massage was ok but not amazing.

I would have preferred a different style of massage. Swedish massage is ok, but some variety or options would be nice. Also, a little pricey for an introductory offer.

The entire experience met my expectations but didn't exceed them.

The experience itself was fine - the therapists were attentive and effective, and the ambiance was relaxing, but the receptionists were very gruff, and sometimes actually rude- their general demeanor is condescending and not accommodating. The massages were blocked for an hour, but I understand the actual massage time is supposed to be 50 minutes, but the actual massage time often ended closer to 40-45 minutes.

The Carytown location used to be easy to book an appointment. Now when you call, it's often days out, and at late hours (e.g. 8:00 - 9:00 pm). There is also too much turnover. I worked with one massage therapist extensively, then called to book an appointment, and she was gone. Worked with another therapist a few times, then she was gone. Building a relationship with a therapist, who knows your history, and with whom you work well is important. Whether its management of this location, or the financial incentives, there is evidently something that prevents employee loyalty.

I booked an apt over the phone and when I arrived they had no appt for me. I was told that when I called my location the lines sometimes get switched to other locations. She tried to argue with me and didn't try to fix the situation. I will only book online from now on since the receptionist was not very with it.
