Hand and Stone

I didn't walk out feeling like wow every single thing was just beyond my expectations. My therapist was fantastic

Wish there was a waiting area in the back out of the hustle and bustle.

I typically reserve Highly Satisfied as a rating for extremely infrequent circumstances where it's clear that the merchant or service has gone way beyond normal to deliver. That being said, I did have a very good experience at Hand and Stone.

Facial was awesome and loved Lita. Very knowledgeable "superstar"! Massage was super good, but I was cold. Wes' was fantastic but his hands were cold. Aside from cold, my experience was satisfying! I would come back for sure. Lastly - there was a form that took time filling out, which took away from my massage time. I was told 1 hour for each and the massage was 45 minutes.

My massage was at 1pm. The therapist started at 1:10 but stopped at 1:50. I only got massaged for 40 minutes. Very disappointed.

i arrived a few minutes early for my massage, was in the room by 7:05, my therapist did not come back into the room until 07:15, then the massage was over by 0755. she did a great job and everything else was perfect but i didnt get my full time. then i had to remind the staff i was getting a facial afterward, then i waited in my massage room for 10 minutes, until about 8:13, so my facial also was started late. my therapist were totally amazing and great, but i would like to receive at least close to the full time, not 10-15 minutes of sitting and waiting when the services it self is already limited to 50 minutes

Massage therapist was concerned with himself, no client. It made for an awkward start. He didn't communicate directions and seem perturbed that I didn't follow ie, starting on stomach verses back. Also I was never asked if a male massage therapist was ok, everywhere else I have been has asked.

Oils used did not seem high quality, scalp massage could have been done by a non professional, the head rest doesnt tilt well & I had to ask to have it tilted, it would be nice if you all had an arm sling to rest your arms in when lying face down (I'm over weight and my arms always fell over the edges when I was being massaged. I

I wish the waiting room was more relaxing - it is bright and not very spa like. I asked my therapist to focus on a specific area. Although he spent time on that area, it was not very long and definitely no more than any other massage.

This visit was fine- in fact it was the best massage I have had there. Overall, I wish I could book weekend appointments easier and I had a bad experience with not being able to get member pricing on a gift card I bought then having the call three times to find out why. Also, one of my previous massages was way under 50 minutes and that left a bad taste in my mouth.
