Overall the experience was really great. The only thing that I could say is that I would have liked to have had more interaction or feedback after my massage from the massage therapist.

I know it's just basic supply and demand factors working against me on this (everyone has more free time for things like massage or facials on the weekends, thus the weekends are busiest for H&S), but I wish that it was easier to make weekend appointments for my once per month massages, and I feel like it was easier when I started my membership a few months ago. How many folks really know their schedules weeks out to make sure they can relax when they want to, as opposed to when H&S may have someone available for them? Is there perhaps a way for H&S to staff up more for the weekends or something to bridge this gap between supply and demand?

i paid $120 for my facial when the price listed in the brochure was a lot less. Tried to ask why and although very helpful, the staff could not explain and said that is how it is. No transparency on pricing - no menu card with pricing or on line pricing available - although i love my aesthetician at hand and stone, i will most likely cancel my membership soon
